Worst experience ever

I have ordered a hand bag from this web site which was COD for personal reasons I could not take the order so I asked the delivery person to cancel the order he said i need to talk to alankrit stores so he dialed the number from his mobile the lady at the store was so rude and says why did I order we did not ask you to purchase from us I finally disconnected the call and she started texting me on WhatsApp and saying we are not amazon or flipkart to accept cancellation we are small time company so I need to pay 400 towards the courier charges how cheap can she be she kept on with her toucher wanting the 400rs I finally had to block her so please my advice is think before you purchase from this website because I don't find them genuine at all worst experience ever
